This gives you options based on what fits your schedule and how many days a week you can commit. Upper/Lower Split - High frequency and great for recovery. Comes with Upper A / Upper B and Lower A / Lower B days, with different exercises on each to hit everything optimally without overtraining. Push/Pull/Legs -Includes Push A / Push B, Pull A / Pull B, and Legs A / Legs B, rotates between exercises on each day and is structured to avoid plateaus. Full Body Split - Great if you’ve got a busy schedule but still want to hit every muscle frequently ever week. Comes with Full Body A and Full Body B days, rotating movements for steady progress and recovery.
